Furtick, Elevation Church activate N.A.R. Apostles

“Prophetic Activations” will happen next week at Steven Furtick’s Elevation Church, a clear indicator that Furtick is not just affiliating, but becoming one with the heretical New Apostolic Reformation.

I first noticed Furtick dipping his toe into the signs-and-wonders New Apostolic Reformation movement five years ago when he traveled to Australia for the Presence 2012 Conference with John Bevere, for “a golden fire of anointing, vision and miracles.”

Next Thursday, Friday and Saturday (March 30 – April 1), Elevation’s downtown location is hosting RESET Charlotte, multi-city Apostles and Prophets tour for RESET/ACTIVATE AMERICA. Attendees will be exposed to the activations and prophetic utterances of Apostle John Eckhardt, Pastorix and Apostle G. Marie Carroll, and several other Apostles.

“Prophetic activations will reignite leaders and churches to prophesy. Motionless churches need to be set in motion in order to gain momentum. Prophetic activations are the catalyst to get us flowing again.”

Apostle John Eckhardt

Here’s what you need to know about Apostle Eckhardt, his networks, and his N.A.R. activities, from his website:

  • Recognized as an Apostolic General with a global voice, John Eckhardt’s mission is to impact nations with the gospel by equipping men and women from around the world to walk in their God-given purpose and fulfill destiny.
  • John Eckhardt is the overseer of Crusaders Church in Chicago, Illinois, which represents the five-fold ministry gifts with a focus on the apostolic, the prophetic, activating spiritual gifts, spiritual warfare and deliverance.
  • As an Apostolic reformer he is called to perfect the saints by imparting biblical truths. He has ministered in over 80 nations in an effort to raise-up strong ministries in the Body of Christ.
  • Eckhardt founded the International Ministries of Prophetic and Apostolic Churches Together Network (IMPACT Network). Churches in over 40 nations affiliated with this growing network that God has raised up as a vehicle for global apostolic reformation.
  • Books include Prayers That Rout Demons, Prayers That Break Curses, Prayers That Bring Healing, Prayers That Release Heaven on Earth, God Still Speaks, Ordinary People, Extraordinary Power, Moving in the Apostolic, Demon Hit List, Apostolic Character, Ruling and Reigning on the Throne of David, How to Put a Demand on the Anointing, Shamar Prophet, Invisible King and His Kingdom, Prayers That Activate Blessings.

Says hostess/pastorix Apostle Carroll:

I really appreciate the opportunity to minister a Kairos Word that gives you the answers  about The Apostolic Reformation!  I pray that what you have been searching for can be found here! Within this website are the activates and Apostolic/Prophetic information that our ministry offers.

This movement is insidious, extremely heretical and camouflaged enough so the biblically weak cannot see through it. As dangerous as any eastern mysticism or cult.

There are enough red flags there to warn of a school of sharks.

Look at the classic Purpose driven buzz word on the meeting promotion ad
    Kingdom Builders!

Classic Rick Warren, Bob Buford, Peter Drucker, Bill Hybels church growth garbage

Purposely Hold meetings to make or fleece money $$$ Just like Copeland’s and Hillsong convention’s/meetings

Furtick is missing it on the pricing to get into the meeting!
Hillsong convention VIP seating is over $300 per person + love offerings!!!

Furtick might want to “RESET” the seating pricing higher!! to be more in-line with his mentor’s price listing.

It’s disgusting, these are the one the apostles spoke about in 2 Corinthian 2:17

“For we are not like so many others, who peddle the word of God for profit. On the contrary, in Christ we speak before God with sincerity, as men sent from God.”

  4. nannette March 22, 2017 at 9:10 am #

Disgusting! I met a lady in the grocery store. She came up to me and said she almost died 3 times that day and the Lord protected her, so she explained the 3 deliverances and when done told me she was a prophetess! I said, “There was only 2 prophetesses mentioned in the New Testament, Anna and Jezebel.” Anna was called a prophetess by God, and Jezebel called herself a prophetess. Then she said there were hundreds of prophetesses in the N.T., totally ignored what I said. She is a proud, confused woman just like all the others who puke out doctrines of devils! They must be rebuked for the liars they are just like Paul did in Acts 13:10. Blessings!

Does anyone know if Paul Washer is part of the N.A.R group? Thanks

  6. Matt March 22, 2017 at 9:59 am #

No, Paul Washer is not a part of the NAR. He is a solid Biblical teacher.

    • Rick beaudin March 22, 2017 at 10:01 am #

Thanks. I heard if him, but never heard him speak. I was asking because I know a few 5 point calvinists whi love him. So that made me wonder about him

      • Marinus L March 22, 2017 at 11:47 am #

@Rick beaudin It is well worth it to listen to Paul Washers sermons, there are quite a few on youTube. Don’t listen to what others say, you have to listen to it yourself with an open bible and let the Holy Spirit speak to you. You will not be disappointed.

      • Sola Scriptura March 22, 2017 at 2:44 pm #

Washer is a 5 point Calvinist, sadly, and is A – millennial strangely, but he preached a strong salvation message despite his beliefs that it doesn’t matter since the gospel is not the power of God unto salvation because unconditional election is.

        • nannette March 22, 2017 at 7:16 pm #

Amen Sola, my comment is still awaiting moderation. Washer is a 5-point Calvinist, and promotes Lordship Salvation. I wonder with all the talk about false teaching, I see promotion of good teachers mentioned, and seems they always promote the Calvinists, why is that? Who preach the gospel to the “elect” only. If they are “elect” why do they need the gospel? .

          • Sola Scriptura March 22, 2017 at 7:41 pm #

Well said. The gospel alone is the power of God unto salvation(Romans 1:16), and John 3:14-18, 36 makes it clear that we have free will. That is not a work, it is simply reaching for a gift offered. Romans 8:29 and 1 Peter 1:2 (kjv) make it clear that predestination and election are according to God’s foreknowledge of what we will do with our will. Not surprisingly the ESV edited out the ‘will” portion of Revelation 22:17.
Without free will, the lives of Jesus and Paul are meaningless, as are our lives and actions.

          • Marinus L March 22, 2017 at 9:19 pm #

Sola You like to attach ” free will ” to every verse if you could. John 3:36 says nothing about your free will. It says , he that believes on the Son has everlasting life; he that believe not the Son shall not see life. Let me show you a verse that totally destroys your thinking, that you have a will to choose God.
John 1:12,13 But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on His name.
            (13) Which were born, not of blood, nor of the WILL of the flesh, NOR OF THE WILL OF MAN, BUT OF GOD.

verse 12 says he gives you the power to believe.
Verse 13 says your will has nothing to do with your Spiritual Birth. IT IS ALL OF GOD.

          • Marinus L March 22, 2017 at 10:06 pm #

Sola Are you saying what God will do when He saves you is see first what you will do. In other words God is looking down and He sees that you accept His Son as your Savior, after that He will say, look at that Sola accepts my Son, now I’m going to save sola.
If this is what you believe, then you believe in works Salvation.

God’s action is not relying on what you will do, if you are saved you are saved by His Grace.

You have a whole wrong understanding on the foreknowledge of God.

          • nannette March 22, 2017 at 7:55 pm #

Amen Sola, they use Romans 9 a lot. We did a study on it last week. If one would read Romans 9 carefully and word for word they would see that Romans 9 is talking about “Nations” (Jacob vs. Esau). The Church HAS NOT replaced Israel. So, then many Calvinists are into Replacement Theology as well. Dave Hunt reminds us that John Calvin got his doctrine from Catholic Augustine in which Dave in his excellent book details in; ‘John Calvins’ Tyrannical Kingdom’. With that said, does not the 7 mountain mandate, and the new Calvinist’s
preaching seem to imply the same as Calvin’s Tyrannical Kingdom when these so called Prophets and Apostles take over and rule all of us with an iron hand in place of Jesus? Just sayin! Blessings

          • Sola Scriptura March 23, 2017 at 12:40 pm #

Brother B…the Holy Spirit convicted me of sin, and rather than saying nah, I want to follow my own way, I said, oh what a wretched man am I. Who will rescue me from this body of death? Thanks be to God, Jesus Christ paid for my sins with his blood. I believed and repented, and accepted what Jesus said in John 3…whosoever believeth. I believed and therefore, was saved. If I had chosen not to believe per John 3:36b, and instead decided to make sex or alcohol my gods, thenI would not have been saved. God gave me a choice, as he gives all men. I recognized the futility of self and reached out to take hold of the salvation he freely offered me.

I am not Arminian. There is a middle ground called the Bible. I believe the Bible, and not Calvinism or arminianism.

          • berlorac March 23, 2017 at 1:44 pm #

Hey Sola, what you’re saying here does not negate election, nor does it prove free will. The fact that you chose God proves that the Holy Spirit convicted you, as you stated. You could not make that choice for God without the Spirit first convicting you. God had to open your heart to Him first.

          • berlorac March 23, 2017 at 2:05 pm #

It is only a caricature of Calvinism that says God makes the choice for someone, or that God forces, or that God sends people to hell.

BTW, I’m not a Calvinist (amill, Law-keeping, etc.), but I do believe the doctrines of grace because they are on full display in the Bible. Guys like Dave Hunt who rail against these doctrines do not properly exegete and end up making a mockery of these doctrines.

          • Q March 23, 2017 at 4:47 pm #

Amy, I don’t want to take the comments thread off topic…yet there are other views than just Calvinism and Arminianism, usually those who hold the Clavinist view on soteriology are the ones who insist that if you don’t hold to TULIP you’re Arminian.

Dr. Leighton Flowers would be one example, I can come up with many more.

          • Marinus L April 6, 2017 at 10:32 pm #

Nanette. Because they are solid biblical preachers. Charles Spurgeon was called the preacher of preachers, and he is a Calvinist.

        • Marinus L March 22, 2017 at 9:48 pm #

Sola I don’t see you mention these limited atonement verses.
Matt. 26:28 For this is my blood of the covenant , which is poured out for MANY for the forgiveness of their sins.

John 10:11 I am the good shepherd; the good shepherd lays down His life for the Sheep ( not the goats)

Matt. 25:32 the shepherd separates the sheep from the goat.

John 17:9 Where Jesus in prayer interceded for the ones given to Him by the Father, not to those of the entire world.

Acts 20:28 and Eph. 5:25-27 Which states that the church ( Not all people) was purchased by Christ.

Etc,etc, etc. there are more all through the Bible.

“And I, if I be lifted up from the earth, will draw ALL men unto me.”
            ‭‭John‬ ‭12:32‬ ‭KJV‬‬
            http://bible.com/1/jhn.12.32.

Free will is all over the words of Jesus Christ:

“That whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have eternal life. For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.

He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.”
            ‭‭John‬ ‭3:15-16, 18‬ ‭KJV‬‬
            http://bible.com/1/jhn.3.15-16,18.
“He that believeth on the Son hath everlasting life: and he that believeth not the Son shall not see life; but the wrath of God abideth on him.”
            ‭‭John‬ ‭3:36‬ ‭KJV‬‬
            http://bible.com/1/jhn.3.36.kjv

Jesus doesn’t say whoever I have elected …he says whoever believeth. We aren’t robots. We are humans made in his image. We do have the ability, as Joshua noted so clearly, to choose this day whom we will serve. Grabbing a free gift isn’t works and it isn’t righteousness…it’s simply understanding with the mind and heart God gave us all that he paid for our sins with his blood.

I believe the great weight of scripture points away from Calvinism, and toward a non-robotic earth, where the gospel actually is the power of God unto salvation and where preaching the word has real value.

Marinus l, you are brainwashed and don’t even know it.

          • Marinus L March 23, 2017 at 8:27 am #

Nannette is that all you have to say ,” You are brainwashed.”
The verses I quoted you are verses out of the Bible, Jesus’s sayings.
Which verse don’t you agree with.
” Free will” is your stumbling block. Abandon that thought that you have a part in your salvation. YOU DON’T.
IT IS ALL OF GOD. Don’t try to steal part of it.
            GIVE HIM ALL THE GLORY.

Mariuns, I will use 3 verses! “And as Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness, even so must the Son of man be lifted up: THAT WHOSOEVER BELIEVETH in Him should not perish, but have eternal life. For God sent not His Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through Him might be saved. He that BELIEVETH on Him is not condemned: BUT he that BELIEVED NOT is condemned already, because he hath not believeth in the Son of God. John 3:14-18. Maybe you should read Hebrews 11 also. I believe God not you.

          • nannette March 23, 2017 at 9:22 am #

Marinus, so are we to give all the glory also to God puts people in hell and not even giving them a choice? Is God also the author of sin? Did not the Lord give ‘free will’ to the angels? 1/3 of them rebelled and followed Satan. Did the Lord chose to have those 1/3 of angels sin against the Lord? I’m not going to argue, that is not what I’m doing. I know we are both where we are. I was raised in a cult and I know how it goes. The people are taught by a man or women (Ellen G. White) and they take it all in without question. “Is Christ divided? Now this I say, that every one of you saith, I am of Paul; and I of Apollos; and I of Cephas; and I of Christ. Was Paul crucified for you? or were ye baptized in the name of Paul? 1 Corinthians 1:13-14. I was thinking this after I read those verses: That every one of you saith, I am of John Calvin, or I am of John MacArthur, or I am Ellen G. White or I of whoever. Following leaders instead of Christ who was crucified for us. Just sayin, not arguing. Does not the word of God say Iron sharpens Iron? Proverbs 27:17

          • Rick beaudin March 23, 2017 at 9:41 am #

2 peter 3:9 The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.

Its not Gods will that ANY man should perish. So how can anyone say its Gods will or God predestined them to Go to hell?

          • Marinus L March 23, 2017 at 2:46 pm #

Rick, I believe everything in the Bible, including 2 Peter 3:9. I also believe in the doctrines of Grace, you call, Calvinism.
But I don’t believe that, The Bible teaches that God is a mean, cruel unjust God.
God is a righteous, and just God. He does not like sin and He says no sin will go unpunished. Everybody is born a sinner, and on their way to hell. But God because of His Grace will save some. Is He compelled to save everyone,No. If everyone is saved then it would not be called GRACE. If everybody is saved then Jesus’s death is in vain. We then don’t need Jesus Christ.
So it it wrong for you to say that God wants people to go to hell, they are in that line by their choice. Jesus grieves to see that many reject Him, even after what He did on the cross.

          • Rick beaudin March 23, 2017 at 2:56 pm #

I’m not sure if your are making assumptions or if you some how read something I did not write. I did not say ir teach everyone gets saved, I dont believe in universalism. I do believe many will go to hell. Jesus spoke of the rich man in torment. Revelation teachs the lake of fire. I do not believe the bible teachs Gid is cruel and unjust, thats sounds like an argument an atheist would make. The bible tells us that hell was created for the devil and the fallen angles. Matthew 25:41 it does not say or teach, hell was created for man. While its not Gods will for any man to perish, God knows many will.

          • Marinus L March 23, 2017 at 1:47 pm #

Nannette. All these verses that I quoted are in the Bible. You should study them and see why they are in the Bible, rather then say the things like you say about God that He wants people to go to hell, this is what you are saying. The reason those people wind up in hell is all because of their own choice and unwillingness and unbelief ,don’t insinuate that it is God’s will. My suggestion to you is, study the doctrines of grace. If you say I did study it and still say ,” I don’t believe it , that is a sin,” you better repent, because it is in the Bible. It is better to say, I don’t understand, God will forgive you for it. And if it is His will for you to understand, He will reveal it to you. Pray for it.

          • berlorac March 23, 2017 at 11:35 am #

Well said, Marinus. Foreknowledge is of people, not actions (Amos 3:2, Jeremiah 1:5, Galatians 4:9, 1 Corinthians 8:3).

The will of the lost man is not free to choose God. God must act first. Nannette and Sola, are you saying that man can, and does, choose God even though he doesn’t want to? I will anticipate your answer: No. So, then, how does a lost man get to a place of “want to”?

          • nannette March 23, 2017 at 11:59 am #

belorac, the only way I can answer is from my own testimony. The SDA church teaches a form of election and also replacement theology. We had the Bible but they did not make it their authority, it was Ellen G. White who was their authority. When I was 15 I was baptized into the SDA church. I truly thought I was a Christian. One day a friend who was a former Roman Catholic who was born again only 5 years prior (Rome also teaches replacement theology and the Bible is not their authority, it is tradition, etc) she told me to read my Bible. So I started in the book of John. While reading John 3 my eyes were glued on John 3:3 in which Jesus Himself told Nicodemus “Verily, verily I say unto thee Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God”. I prayed right then as conviction overtook me that I was not born again. I prayed Lord, help me be born again. That moment Jesus Christ saved me. I never understood the Word of God before, and I was hungry I could not get enough of the Word of God. I started reading commentaries as well to help my understanding. I see a problem in the church today, many people are being told they are Christians, they are being told that either God is saving all people, or He is only saved a certain elect, and you can ask them what is the gospel (John 3:16, 1 Corinthians 15:1-4) is and they cannot tell you. They have never been convicted of their sin, they have not asked Jesus to save them. He will answer that prayer! He died for each individual person and, so why is it so hard for anyone who is willing to understand, “The LORD is not slack concerning His promise, as some count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but all should come to repentance.” 2 Peter 3:9 Praise the LORD!

          • berlorac March 23, 2017 at 12:11 pm #

Nannette, you said, [I prayed right then as conviction overtook me that I was not born again.]

Praise God! That is the work of the Holy Spirit, not you (no offense). That conviction was from God, not your will. God changed your heart at that moment. Until that moment, your will was bound, but at that moment, God set you free. That is the only way you could be saved. And that is the only way that God could be the only one to get all the glory.

          • Q March 23, 2017 at 5:34 pm #

The ones promoting the “Doctrines of Grace” need to rethink their position.

If there were 15 people in a burning building and I saved 3 of them and could have easily saved all 15 but decided to let the other 12 burn would you call me a hero and just say It shows my glory?

          • berlorac March 23, 2017 at 5:58 pm #

Q, we both have to reconcile these questions. I just choose to give God all the glory for saving ANY. I recognize that if God does not act first in grace, then no one would be saved. It is not God’s fault that Adam sinned. It is not God’s fault that the whole human race is in rebellion to Him. John 3:19-21, Revelation 6:15-16.

You have to answer the question: If God could save all people, how come He doesn’t? You say free will, yes? God doesn’t force us, right? Then, I ask, why would a loving God give sinful man free will, knowing that the vast majority will not choose Him and end up in hell?

          • rascott247 March 23, 2017 at 6:12 pm #

            Q
Added to that, the “Doctrines of Grace” are TULIP, this is Calvinism. Someone was trying to make a distinction without difference. The system is deductive and the hermeneutics are theologically driven. Remove one plank (let’s say L-limited atonement) and TULIP is gone. It can be added to (J Piper is up to 6 or more points) but logically it only holds together as Calvinism if all 5 points are held to.

Calvinists look at passages that specify that Christ died for some (His sheep, Church, many, etc) and then read “some” (elect) into John 1:9; 3:16, Rom 5:18, 1 Tim 4:10, Heb 2:9. When it comes to 1 John 2:2 “the whole world” becomes “the elect” then in 1 John 2:15-17; 3:13 and 5:19 “the world” switches back to the whole world.

The issue of “free will” is a red herring. God is sovereign man is responsible to Him. Faith is neither a work nor meritorious. Man did not devise the way of salvation God did. It is offered to all because Christ paid for ALL SIN. It is rejected by many exactly because they cannot conceive of grace and want to play a part in “gaining” salvation. That is man’s way—boot strap, feel better, be better, earn justification.

          • Q March 23, 2017 at 8:53 pm #

            Hey berolac,

“Then, I ask, why would a loving God give sinful man free will, knowing that the vast majority will not choose Him and end up in hell?”

Giving man a free will is what God desired, someone who loved him by choice not a pre-programmed robot. To let man freely choose is an act of love.

Why would God deprive someone spending eternity in perfect happiness and joy in the presence of their creator forever and ever because an ancestor chose to be stiff necked and rebellious and refused to receive the salvation God graciously provided?

What if that ancestor before being created said to God I don’t want to be created because I do not want to spend eternity in hell?

Would it be evil to give into the demand and deprive all the ancestors who will believe eternal bliss?

Or would it be right for God to say no I am not going to give into not creating you because you are going to be stiff necked and rebellious and not receive the salvation I have provided, that wouldn’t be fair to Q or billions of others.

          • Q March 23, 2017 at 9:15 pm #

            Hi rascott247,

God is sovereign over his sovereignty. In his sovereignty he chose to give man free will.

God graciously provides salvation, it is mans responsibility to receive it by faith.

In salvation, God must do the saving, man must do the believing.

            Q. Yes God gave the natural man a WILL. But that WILL is tainted because of Adams fall. Because of that natural man’s will is only geared to do evil things. Therefore natural man can not choose God, he is unwilling, until God through the Holy Spirit intervenes and replaces his heart of stone with a heart of flesh.
That is why Jesus told Nicodemus in John 3 over and over, you must be born again to enter the Kingdom of God.

          • rascott247 March 23, 2017 at 9:36 pm #

Agreed Q. What kind of glory would God get from making His creature/robots worship Him? It would be kind of fake no? Does anyone like that kind of praise? What kind of fellowship would come from a kind of sovereignty that automates creatures bearing His image? God did not give man will in the “Nietzsche” way i.e. power to choose the outcome regardless. But being image bearing creatures we have finite features analogous to His infinite attributes. He has sovereign will we have choice because of His will.

          • rascott247 March 23, 2017 at 11:04 pm #

“Tainted”? Absolutely! More than tainted? Yes! But the “Doctrines of Grace” say it’s dead… a corpus…like Lazarus…completely unable to respond to light unless being regenerated or given faith.

Why does Satan steal the seed (Luke 8:12)? Lest they believe and be saved. Why does Satan (some Calvinists say it is God) bother putting a veil over the eyes of a “corpse”? Lest the light of the gospel of the glory of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine on them (2Cor 4:3:4).

Did Jesus say to Nicodemus “You must be born again to believe”? Or “I must give you faith for you to be born again”? This is what the “Doctrines of Grace” ask me to accept as gospel truth. Why accept it as Gospel truth?

          • Marinus L March 23, 2017 at 11:31 pm #

            Rascott Yes spiritually dead.

            Regeneration before faith.

I think we have been down this road before.
You believe what you want to believe.
I have my belief. Let it be this way.

          • rascott247 March 23, 2017 at 11:37 pm #

But you can’t point me to one passage of scripture that says regeneration proceeds faith including John 3:3. It’s a deductive theological construct. I agree that you are free to believe as you will.

          • Marinus L March 24, 2017 at 9:46 am #

Rascott I show you two verses Rom.9:16 It (salvation) does not, therefore, depends on man’s desire or effort, but on God’s mercy.
Phil. 2:13. For it is God who works in you to will and according to His good purpose.

The story of Lazarus is a good example. He was stinking dead for four days. What brought him to life, Jesus’s words ,” Lazarus come forth.”
So it will be with somebody who is spiritually dead. Jesus has to bring him/her to life before they are able to believe,

Another good example is the apostle Paul, all his intentions were that day to hunt down the people of The Way, to put them in prison, or kill them. That was the only thing on his mind. He had no thought of believing. But God had other plans for him, and it was a predetermined plan before Paul was even born that he will be a major follower of The Way. You know the rest of this story. But it was God that made him spiritually alive, before he even could believe. The time frame between Regeneration and faith, can be seconds, minutes?? But one thing is true God’s action is first. But God has chosen you from the beginning for salvation. 2 Thess. 2:13

What I have to say next may confuse you more.
Just because God has chosen His elect.
Does not mean that they are automatically saved.
They still have to except Him as Lord and Savior.
God will not let sin go unpunished.
And Jesus will pay that sin-debt in full.

Israel was God’s elect, but are they saved, no,
            Because the rejected Jesus Christ.
But there will come a time that a remnant will be saved.

This little passage says so very much…Paul to the pagan Athenians, exposing God’s intent to offer himself to all:

            “…God that made the world and all things therein, seeing that he is Lord of heaven and earth, dwelleth not in temples made with hands;

And hath made of one blood all nations of men for to dwell on all the face of the earth, and hath determined the times before appointed, and the bounds of their habitation; That they should seek the Lord, if haply they might feel after him, and find him, though he be not far from every one of us:”
            ‭‭Acts‬ ‭17:23-24, 26-27‬ ‭KJV‬‬
            http://bible.com/1/act.17.23-24,26-27.kjv

A few bonus scriptures, stating that all are without excuse before God. If one has zero chance to be saved then that one certainly does have an excuse:

“Because that which may be known of God is manifest in them; for God hath shewed it unto them. For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse:”
            ‭‭Romans‬ ‭1:19-20‬ ‭KJV‬‬
            http://bible.com/1/rom.1.19-20.kjv
“The heavens declare the glory of God; and the firmament sheweth his handywork. Day unto day uttereth speech, and night unto night sheweth knowledge. There is no speech nor language, where their voice is not heard.”
            ‭‭Psalms‬ ‭19:1-3‬ ‭KJV‬‬
            http://bible.com/1/psa.19.1-3.kjv

God does the work, drawing ALL to himself per John 12:32, and we have the freedom to respond or not. Paul makes it clear in Acts 17 that he puts everyone in a position on this planet to find him. Believe it…or not.

SBC allows this stuff among them! If it’s an SBC church it’s a warning.

  8. Douglas R Belardi March 22, 2017 at 1:00 pm #

    SBC= slowly becoming charismatic

  9. Manny1962 March 22, 2017 at 1:04 pm #

The SBC has been compromised for a while already. We must forget labels and denominations, we must focus on the message they’re preaching, the truth always reveals itself, like a roach to the shadows, error scurries when faced with the light of scripture!

  10. Manny1962 March 22, 2017 at 1:32 pm #

In my opinion, the NAR movement will be the vehicle used to go back to Rome. There’s no doubt in my mind, if you connect the dots, see who is speaking at what conference, see who is going to Rome for meetings, hear what some of these wolves are saying, it doesn’t take much to believe that scenario is coming true! Remember folks, the days will be very religious and “spiritual” before the return of The Lord! People will literally marvel at The Beast and the Racks Prophet! The push for ecumenism has reached a howling pitch.

Joyce Meyer has More Dignity, Grace , Compassion and Integrity as well as Biblical Wisdom in her little finger than you all have. Did not see you mention all the homeless shelters and Homes for women and children she has helped rescue from human trafficking to only mention a few of the organization’s her ministry has helped over the last 40 years !!! What has your organization done for others besides spew hate and venom and judgement .Have you ever met Joyce Meyer and Sat down and had a conversation with her or just take her sermons and books out of context. She is probably laughing at your portrayal of her and her message. If you were to Debate her, she could chew you up and spit you out in comparison of her knowledge, BUT she would NOT Stoop to your level of Ignorance and Paranoia. I will continue to Pray for you to anger and hatred and judgement of others to be replaced by compassion and love.

    • Rick beaudin March 23, 2017 at 12:35 pm #

If you think Joyce is a true believer, how about you contact her and both of you can come on my radio show and we will talk. If Joyce says no, then how about you come on my show? If you say no, then explain why. http://Www.fightingfortruth.com

      Debbie,

[…she has helped rescue from human trafficking to only mention a few of the organization’s her ministry has helped over the last 40 years !!!]

There are numerous secular organizations that are doing the same work, so this doesn’t prove anything one way or another.

[What has your organization done for others besides spew hate and venom and judgement .]

Is not rightly understanding the Word of God and warning others about false doctrine important? And, as to judgment, didn’t you just make a judgment? Your paragraph is full of judgment.

      • Sola Scriptura March 23, 2017 at 12:42 pm #

Bro B…I just posted a brief response to you in the wrong place, way up high. It isn’t much, but explains a few of my thoughts on my salvation via belief.

      • Rick beaudin March 23, 2017 at 12:46 pm #

Debbie, for starts read Jude. It says we are to contend for the faith. Read Eze 33 we are watchmen on the wall and must warn others lest there blood be upon us. Read what Jesus said about false teachers and wolves in sheeps clothing. How do you know if someone lies to you? You judge what they say, otherwise you must simply believe everything, everyone tells you. Acts 17:11

        • Manny1962 March 24, 2017 at 10:00 am #

          Good morning Rick,

I call these types of comments “drive-by posts,” never supported with scripture, always emotionally charged and always “don’t judge” crowd generated! They would rather see their sacred cow untouched, steeped in error, spouting a false gospel than standing up for the word of God. It’s pathetic it’s exactly what was foretold to happen in Christianity.

    • Manny1962 March 23, 2017 at 5:17 pm #

      Debbie,

I know some wonderful atheists, wonderful people who contribute to society in every charitable way imaginable. In God’s eyes it doesn’t mean a thing. No one gets a free pass for being “good.” Not Even false teacher Joyce Meyer, stop judging with emotions, judge using scripture!

      Philippians 3:7-3:8

7But whatever was an asset to me, I count as loss for the sake of Christ. 8More than that, I count all things as loss compared to the surpassing excellence of knowing Christ Jesus my Lord, for whom I have lost all things. I consider them rubbish, that I may gain Christ

      • Manny1962 March 23, 2017 at 7:55 pm #

” 22Many will say to Me on that day, ‘Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in Your name, and in Your name drive out demons and perform many miracles?’ 23Then I will tell them plainly, ‘I never knew you; depart from Me”

Is Joyce Meyer doing more than these? Is she casting out demons? Is she performing many miracles? No!

1Ti 2:12  But I suffer not a woman to teach, nor to usurp authority over the man, but to be in silence.
1Ti 2:13  For Adam was first formed, then Eve.
1Ti 2:14  And Adam was not deceived, but the woman being deceived was in the transgression.
1Ti 2:15  Notwithstanding she shall be saved in childbearing, if they continue in faith and charity and holiness with sobriety.

Joyce Meyer has the Spirit of Jezebel and the Word of God has not changed about Women being preachers, speakers, or having authority over men. She also believes a lot of NAR hogwash

  13. lyn March 23, 2017 at 6:56 pm #

If I were to deny the doctrines of grace, I’d have to throw my bible out. I won’t waste time convincing free willers and I don’t desire them to waste time attempting to convince me. BTW, I have never read anything from Calvin, nor do I defend him. He had some unbiblical ways, but that is between him and the Lord.
