My concern was Law over Grace. I was a member of a messianic group. One day the leader said that from now on we had to follow Kashrut (Jewish dietary laws). I asked him why we had to follow Kashrut when believers are under Grace. He said if I didn’t agree then to leave and not come back. No follow up. I didn’t go back.
My advice: Be brave enough to ask questions when you believe someone is teaching law vs grace.
