Girl Scouts isn’t just for girls anymore. But then again the Feminist Movement has been trying to blur and eliminate gender lines for decades.
Now the Girl Scouts of America has changed its policy: Boys dressing as girls can join them for weekly meetings, campouts, changing, sleeping arrangements, and other travel-related activities and any other formerly girls-only activities. Yes, boys in skirts, boys in make-up and boys in tents will become a part of the program.
The official policy change reads:
“If the child is recognized by the family and school/community as a girl and lives culturally as a girl, then Girl Scouts is an organization that can serve her in a setting that is both emotionally and physically safe. GSUSA recommends that the local council makes similar accommodation that schools across the country follow in regard to changing, sleeping arrangements, and other travel-related activities. With respect to volunteers, Girl Scouts welcomes both male and female adult volunteers and has developed appropriate safeguards regarding roles and responsibilities to ensure that girls receive the proper supervision and support.”
My grandma, mother, myself and my daughter were all part of Girl Scouts, and it used to be safe. Now the only safety consideration is for boys who think they are girls. Thankfully we pulled my daughter out many years ago as things started getting dicey over at the GSUSA.
Today your daughters will be forced to recognize and accept transgenderism as a normal lifestyle. Are you okay with supporting that?
